Shipping
Once your order is fulfilled, you'll get a fulfilment email β check your spam folder if it doesn't turn up. From there, here are our normal lead times for postage (working days, not calendar days) ππΌ
- Ireland: 1β3 working days
- UK: 4β10 working days
- Europe: 5β10 working days
- Rest of World: 10β18 working days
All orders are dispatched tracked with DPD, in compostable mailing bags. Delivery within Ireland is free, and international orders to the US & UK will not incur import fees.
If your order is running 5 or more working days behind the higher end of your lead time, drop us an email and we'll look into it for you.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer returns and exchanges within 21 days of your order arriving. You'll be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, as well as delivery of the exchanged item back to you.
To arrange a return or exchange, email Darragh at orders@pellador.com. We're a small team, so please allow 2β3 working days for a reply before following up.
Changing or Cancelling an Order
Happy to help with this as long as your order hasn't already been packed and sent β just email us as soon as possible. If it's already on its way, we'll need to go through the returns process instead.
